Mr. Alain MICHELET, president of Compagnie Nationale des Conseils en Propriété 
Industrielle（CNCPI），led CNCPI delegation to visit ACPAA，and held ACPAA-CNCPI Joint Council meeting and Seminar with ACPAA. Mr. Perry Yang Wu,
 together with other ACPAA member, attended the ACPAA-
CNCPI Joint Council meeting and exchanged information about recent work 
and training program with CNCPI delegation. 

At the seminar in the afternoon, members of CNCPI delegation introduced the 
recent development of European Unitary Patent Court, the reform of European 
Trademark Law and the recent leading cases of patent litigation in France, 
while ACPAA member also introduced IP litigation cases of the Supreme People’s Court of China. This seminar further enhanced mutual understanding and
 friendship between two ACPAA　and CNCPI.
